PPS Healthcare Services Corp is a for-profit entity that manages all aspects of enterprise including the following:
- Management Services Organization, a subsidiary of PPS Healthcare Services Corp.
- Overall Program Organization and Management
- Purchasing and Leasing; and Comprehensive Marketing
- Providing a digital suite of health services including telehealth, ERH, and flow through medical billing
- Directing local hospital efforts providing point of care treatment and support of social service programs
PPS™ Healthcare Services Institutions (HCI)
- Local community hospitals (HCls) will work together with our CCOs to provide preventive care focusing on the eradication of chronic disease through comprehensive community action and resources that transcend neighborhood borders
- PPS will assist local hospitals to meet the requirement of the ACA community mandates while creating an entirely new patient flow from neglected communities
PPS™ Independent Physicians Association (IPA)
- Local licensed medical practitioners will provide comprehensive urgent care as well as preventive care services
- Virtual Health will be delivered collaboratively with the CCOs paired with physicians from the PPS IPA who share cultural background/language with the patient base.
- PPS Utilizes new technology and relationships (hospitals, HoWs, etc.) to help local physicians organize into a new IPA, increasing the reimbursement rates and allowing for new revenue streams while deepening their community engagement.
